We realize that finding your purpose can be overwhelming. Why not press pause and take a break from the pressures of life while you soak in the community, spiritual transformation, and adventure that Kairos Discipleship School offers? If you are a young adult (age 18-26), our 6 month program will help you to grow in your faith, give you opportunities to impact the world for Christ, and gain hands-on leadership opportunities through serving in a church, outdoor excursions, and an international mission trip. After Kairos, you will be adequately prepared to continue the amazing journey of your life.
We’ll play together, pray together, and share life with Christ together. Discipleship happens in Kairos within the context of dynamic teachings, small groups, and shared experiences.
You will have opportunities to learn about and develop biblical leadership skills both in the Kairos classroom as well as in the real world.
We believe missions isn’t something we just “do.” It’s a lifestyle! Our mission focus can be summed up in one statement: HERE (local community outreach), NEAR (stateside trip), and FAR (international mission trip).
Community is a pretty big deal at Kairos. You could say it is one of our foundational values. You will experience the challenges and joys of living and growing together in a dynamic, Christ-centered community with other students and leaders alike.

We use exciting outdoor activities to learn about leadership, relationships, and God Himself. You’ll be hiking, camping, and traveling the world.
